- Download and copy the tags — Download the PNG of your card, then open the meta-tags panel to copy the og: and twitter: tags ready to paste into your page's <head>.
Frequently asked questions
What size is the card?
It's the standard 1200×630 pixels, which works for Open Graph previews (Facebook, LinkedIn, Slack and similar) and Twitter/X large summary cards.
Is my logo or background photo uploaded?
No. The card is drawn on a canvas in your browser, so any image you add and the finished PNG stay on your device.
Can I use my own photo as the background?
Yes. Switch the background to a photo and choose an image; there's a darken slider to keep your title and description legible over it.
What do the meta tags do?
They tell social platforms which image, title and description to show for your link. Copy the generated og: and twitter: tags and paste them into your page's <head>.
Where do I host the image?
Upload the downloaded PNG to your own site or CDN, then set that image URL and your page URL in the meta-tags panel so the tags point to the right places.
Tips
- Keep the title short and punchy — long titles get clipped in the preview.
- When using a photo background, raise the darken slider so light text stays readable.
- Match the accent and brand colours to your site for a consistent look.
- Remember to upload the PNG and set its public URL in the tags, or previews will show nothing.
