Open Logo creator →What is the Logo creator?
A simple logo maker that composes a logo from a brand name, an icon (a letter or an uploaded image), a shaped background, colours and fonts. A live canvas preview updates as you adjust the settings, and you can export the full logo or just the icon as a PNG — all in your browser, with nothing uploaded.
How to use Logo creator
- Set the icon — Choose a letter for the icon or upload your own image, then pick its background shape — Square, Rounded or Circle.
- Add your brand name — Type the wordmark text and choose a font family and weight from the offline font list.
- Choose colours and layout — Set the icon, text and background colours, and pick a layout: Horizontal, Vertical or Icon only.
- Fine-tune spacing — Adjust spacing and padding so the icon and wordmark sit the way you want in the live preview.
- Export as PNG — Pick a logo and icon size, tick “Transparent background” if you need it, then download the Logo PNG or Icon PNG.
Frequently asked questions
What export formats are available?
The logo and the icon both export as PNG. You can choose from a range of square pixel sizes (up to 4000 px) and optionally export on a transparent background.
Can I export an SVG or vector file?
No. Export is PNG only — a fixed-resolution image — so pick a large size if you need it sharp for print.
Why don't I see web fonts like the online versions?
The tool is fully offline and never fetches Google Fonts, so the picker uses generic and system font families (serif, mono, Helvetica, and similar) that render reliably on any device.
Is my logo uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything — including any image you upload for the icon — stays in your browser, and your settings autosave locally on your device.
How do I get a logo with a see-through background?
Tick “Transparent background” before downloading; the exported PNG will then have no background fill behind the logo or icon.
Tips
- Use the largest size (up to 4000 px) when you need a crisp logo for print or high-resolution screens.
- Export the icon on a transparent background for use as an app icon or favicon source.
- Keep a strong contrast between the icon, text and background colours so the logo reads clearly at small sizes.
