How to use Kaizen board
- Capture an idea — Add a card to the Ideas column for each improvement you want to track, giving it a clear title.
- Add the detail — Open a card to set an owner and due date, rate its impact and effort, and describe the problem and its root cause.
- Move it forward — Drag cards across the columns — Ideas → To do → Doing → Done — as each improvement is picked up and finished.
- Export when needed — Export the board to JSON, CSV, PNG or PDF to share progress or keep a record.
