How to use DMAIC board
- Add cards to a phase — Create a card in the Define column for each problem or task, then build out Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control as the project moves on.
- Fill in the details — Open a card to set its owner, due date, impact and effort, and to note the problem and its root cause.
- Move work across the phases — Drag cards from one column to the next as each phase is completed, so the board reflects where the project really is.
- Export or share — Export the board to JSON to reopen later, or to CSV, PNG or PDF to share progress with your team.
