A free, private tool that pulls selected pages out of a PDF and saves them as a new file. You pick the pages you want to keep and download them in their original order. The PDF is processed entirely in your browser, so nothing is uploaded, and it keeps working offline after the first load.
How to use Extract pages
- Open your PDF — Drop a PDF onto the page or click to choose a file. Thumbnails of every page appear in a grid.
- Pick the pages to keep — Click the pages you want. Selected pages are highlighted, and the picked count updates as you go.
- Select faster if needed — Use Select all, then Invert, to flip your selection — handy when it's quicker to deselect the few pages you don't want.
- Save the extracted pages — Download your chosen pages as a single new PDF in their original order, or tick Save each page separately to get one file per page bundled in a ZIP.
Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The pages are read and rebuilt entirely in your browser, so your document never leaves your device. The tool also works offline once loaded.
Do the extracted pages keep their order?
Yes. The pages you pick are always saved in their original document order, regardless of the order you click them in.
Can I save each page as its own file?
Yes. Tick Save each page separately and the tool produces one PDF per selected page, delivered together in a single ZIP download.
How is this different from Split or Remove pages?
Extract keeps only the pages you choose and outputs them as a new PDF. Split cuts a PDF into separate files between pages, and Remove pages deletes the pages you mark and keeps the rest.
What are the files named?
A single extract is saved as your file name followed by _extracted.pdf; the per-page option is bundled as a _extracted.zip.
Tips
- For a handful of pages from a long PDF, use Select all then Invert to quickly clear the ones you don't want.
- Use Save each page separately when you need every chosen page as its own standalone file.
- Keep your original PDF — Extract creates a new file and leaves the source untouched.
