Open Email signature generator →What is the email signature generator?
A free, private tool that builds a professional, email-safe HTML signature from your contact details, with a live preview that updates as you type. When it's ready you copy it straight into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. It runs entirely in your browser, so your details are never uploaded, and it keeps working offline after the first load.
How to use Email signature generator
- Fill in your details — Enter your name, job title, company, phone, email, website and an optional address. Add LinkedIn, X or GitHub links and an optional tagline.
- Choose a template and accent — Pick a layout — Classic (logo left), Stacked or Compact — and set an accent colour to match your brand. Add a hosted logo URL if you have one.
- Check the live preview — The preview on the right rebuilds as you edit, so you can see exactly how the signature will look before you use it.
- Copy into your email app — Click Copy signature to grab the formatted version and paste it into your mail client's signature settings, or use Copy HTML code for the raw markup.
Frequently asked questions
Are my details uploaded anywhere?
No. The signature is built entirely in your browser from what you type, so your name, phone and email never leave your device.
Will it work in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail?
Yes. The signature uses an email-safe, table-based HTML layout designed to paste cleanly into Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes, paste a Logo URL pointing to an image already hosted online (for example on your company website). The signature references that hosted image rather than embedding a file.
What's the difference between Copy signature and Copy HTML code?
Copy signature puts the formatted, ready-to-paste signature on your clipboard for the signature box in your mail app. Copy HTML code gives you the raw HTML if you'd rather paste it into an editor that accepts source.
Are my details remembered next time?
Your entries are kept in your browser so the form is pre-filled when you return. Use Reset to clear everything.
Tips
- Host your logo on a public URL — embedded image files are stripped by many email clients, so a hosted link is more reliable.
- Keep the signature short: name, role, company and one or two contact links read best on mobile.
- Send yourself a test email and check it in the actual app before rolling it out to your team.
