What is the Rotate PDF tool?
A free tool that fixes the orientation of PDF pages. Click a page to turn it 90° clockwise, or rotate every page at once. It runs entirely in your browser, so your document is never uploaded, and it keeps working offline after the first load.
How to use Rotate PDF
- Open a PDF — Drop a PDF onto the page, or click to choose a file from your device.
- Rotate individual pages — Click any page thumbnail to rotate it +90° clockwise. Click again to keep turning. A corner badge shows each page's current rotation.
- Rotate all at once — Use All +90°, All 180° or All −90° in the toolbar to turn every page together. Reset clears all rotations.
- Save the result — Click Save PDF to download a new file with your chosen rotations baked in.
Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. Rotation happens entirely in your browser, so your file never leaves your device — making it safe for private documents.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Click a single page thumbnail to rotate only that page; the rest stay as they are.
How do I rotate every page the same way?
Use the All +90°, All 180° or All −90° buttons in the toolbar to apply the same turn to all pages at once.
What if I make a mistake?
Click a page again to keep rotating it back to where you want, or press Reset to clear every rotation and start over.
Tips
- The corner badge tells you each page's current rotation at a glance.
- If a whole scan came in sideways, use the All +90° or All −90° buttons rather than clicking each page.
- To also delete or reorder pages, use the Organize PDF tool.
