How to use Word to PDF

Is my document uploaded to convert it?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser, so your Word file and the resulting PDF never leave your device.
Can I convert old .doc files?
No. Only the modern .docx format is supported. The older .doc format and other file types aren't accepted.
Will my layout be preserved exactly?
Text, headings, lists, tables, bold/italic and links convert faithfully. Complex Word layouts like columns, text boxes and precise spacing are approximated.
What page sizes can I export?
You can choose A4 or Letter, in portrait or landscape, with narrow, normal or wide margins.
Why won't my file convert?
It may be corrupted, password-protected, or not a genuine .docx document. Try re-saving it from Word as .docx and converting again.
Tips
- Check the on-screen preview before exporting — what you see is what the PDF will contain.
- Choose landscape orientation for documents with wide tables so columns don't get squeezed.
- If a heavily-styled document looks off, simplify the original .docx and convert again.
